1. Account Registration & Security

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• Hurr may request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport.
• Users are fully responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same person without prior permission from Hurr is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be sold, shared, or transferred to another person.
• Hurr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in suspicious, fraudulent, or policy-violating activity.
• If an account is deleted, associated data may be permanently removed and may not be recoverable.

2. Platform Usage

Users agree not to use Hurr for any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate activities, including:

• Posting abusive, threatening, or hateful content.
• Impersonating another person or organization.
• Publishing fake or misleading projects or services.
• Sending spam or unwanted advertisements.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its data.
• Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.

3. Projects & Services

• Freelancers and clients are fully responsible for the agreements made between them.
• Project and service details should be clearly defined before work begins.
• Freelancers are expected to deliver work with the agreed quality and within the agreed timeframe.
• Clients are required to pay the agreed amount upon receiving the work according to the agreement.
• Hurr may intervene to help resolve disputes when necessary, and platform decisions regarding disputes are considered final.

4. Payments & Fees

• All payments must be processed through Hurr using approved payment methods.
• Users may not arrange payments outside the platform to avoid fees or bypass platform protection systems.
• Hurr reserves the right to charge service fees or commissions on transactions.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed in cases involving security checks or suspicious activity.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of the content they create unless otherwise agreed.
• Uploading content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights is prohibited.
• Hurr reserves the right to remove any content that violates platform policies without prior notice.
• Users grant Hurr permission to display published content on the platform for operational and marketing purposes.

6. Communication Outside the Platform

• Hurr strongly recommends keeping communication, project management, and payments within the platform to protect all parties.
• Sharing external contact details or making agreements outside the platform to bypass platform systems or fees is prohibited.
• Any dealings outside the platform are entirely the responsibility of the users involved.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Hurr may suspend or permanently close accounts in the following cases:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Receiving repeated and verified complaints.
• Misusing the platform or harming its reputation or users.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.

8. Platform & User Responsibilities

Hurr aims to provide a safe and reliable experience for all users but:

• Freelancers are responsible for delivering quality work as agreed with clients.
• Clients and freelancers are responsible for the agreements, communication, and project details shared between them.
• While Hurr may help resolve disputes, we cannot guarantee specific results or uninterrupted platform availability.
• Each user is responsible for their own activity and content on the platform.

9. Changes to the Terms

Hurr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
